UPDATED TO VERSION 5 PROTOCOL, YOU MUST UPDATE THE WINDOWS APP AS WELL

- Protocol v5 is much more stable and reliable
- Added the ability to favorite audio streams so they always show up first
- Audio streams are sorted alphabetically now so they are in a predictable order
- Added the ability to hide audio streams you don't care to edit
- Added support for devices down to API 21 (Android 5.0)
- Hardware Volume buttons now control master volume levels
