Rahul Sipligunj (born 10 June 1989) is a Telugu language folk singer, playback singer, songwriter, and independent musician. He became popular with his folk song, Magajaathi on YouTube. He is known for his Hydrabadi, Telangana slang folk songs that made him popular. He is popular in Tollywood for his unique[citation needed] voice and worked in over 30 movies.

Rahul Sipligunj was born in old city area Mangalhat, Hyderabad, India. His father owns a hair saloon, a family business. He has a sister and a younger brother. His father noticed his singing talent while singing Maayadaari Maisamma, a popular Hyderabad song, using a kitchen utensil as music instrument. He took him and enrolled him with popular Hyderabadi, classical, ghazal singer, Pandit Vithal Rao.

He trained under him in Hindustani classical for 4 years under him. Vithal Rao was his grandfather’s customer at the saloon. Rahul’s favorite singer is ghazal maestro, Ghulam Ali.
