Penguin Php/MySQL server

Penguin server is a stand-alone PHP, MySql server for Android devices. It is a tiny and lightweight server. It provides you the environment for running and testing your PHP scripts on phone. And the best part is that YOU CAN RUN PHPMyAdmin on your android device. and it works Offline.
