Added tutorial for unlock tip jar and delaying idle coins to rank 4.
Added stars flying to rank icon to indicate rank EXP earned.
Added notification icon when players obtain/purchase a boost or warp.
Added highlight to ad boost button when ad boost remaining time is less than 1 minute.
Reduce exp requirement from rank 1 - 4.
