Plus 4 - Mastermind

Plus 4 - Mastermind is a logical puzzle game by placing numbers in correct order and Plus 4 - mastermind is similar to traditional Mastermind with colours, Code Puzzle, Code Breaker and Bulls & Cows. Get result of Plus 4 (+4) and break the code.

The goal of Plus 4 - Mastermind is to find 4 digits number code which game engine generates within 12 turns. During game play, player have to do guesses by using clues from previous guesses to find secret 4 digits number code.

After each guess game engine will return result as in terms of (+) and/or (-). "Plus (+)" means correct positioning and "Minus (-)" means incorrect positioning. But it makes sense when you get complete response from Plus 4 - Mastermind game engine as (+1 -2). Let's explain with some samples;

Sample 1:

Assume that number code generated by game is 3861 and your guess is 3678. In this situation game engine will return result as "+1 -2".

+1 means; One number in your guess is in correct place and it is "3" in this sample.

-2 means; Two numbers in your guess are in the code but in wrong place and these are "8", "6" in this sample.

Sample 2:

Assume that number code generated by game is 3861 and your guess is 9245. In this situation game engine will return result as "+0 -0".

This result refers that none of the numbers in your guess are not in the code. So it is a perfect clue to reach code because your can eliminate these numbers from possibilities.

The game has 3 different modes as;

• RETRO (CLASSICAL): Based on 4 digits number at most 12 guesses without time limitation.

• TIMER (CHALLENGE): Based on 4 digits number at most 12 guesses with time limitation of 12 seconds in each guess.

• +3 MODE: Based on 3 digits number at most 12 guesses without time limitation.
