PoCRA Training

The Training Application is designed and developed to ensure ease in the process of creation and scheduling of events. This application will allow selected users (PSHRDs, PMUs, etc.) to create various types of events as per requirements and schedule them at the date and time of their choice.

Training, Meeting, Exposure and Workshop events can be scheduled for various members to be conducted by assigned coordinators.

Training Application allows the creator of the event to select the two main parts of any event or activity –

• Participant(s)

• Co-Ordinator(s)

Training Application also enables in easy tracking, scheduling and conducting various events for both event creators and executors. This application also allows its users to view details of past, on-going and future events at their fingertips.

User can schedule events for participants such as VCRMC, Farmers and various PoCRA officials. They can also add users who are not there in the above categories through ‘Others’.

For each event, one coordinator is mandatory while a co-coordinator is optional. A coordinator can be anyone from AA, CA, PS, etc.

The concerned users are notified via text message about any upcoming/rescheduled or canceled events.

The coordinator conducts the Training session and takes attendance of the participants present out of the participants invited.

At the closure of an event, a report is generated, which displays the number, designation, and gender of the people who have attended the event and those who have not.
