RACQ Drive Better

The RACQ Drive Better™ app uses GPS technology to record and calculate your driving style. It tracks speed and braking to give you an overall driver score and gives you feedback without the annoyance of a back-seat driver.

At this time, RACQ Drive Better™ is available to RACQ members with Comprehensive Car Insurance only.

If you are a Comprehensive Car Insurance customer and would like to try the app, email [email protected] to request a registration code.

The app will not work as expected if the device is jail broken.

How it works:

- RACQ Drive Better™ rewards you for good driving skills and provides valuable feedback on areas for improvement. It features driving maps, graphs and keeps an ongoing history of your driving record.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease your battery life. Remember to charge your mobile device before starting out on a journey or consider using an in-car charger. Remember to “enable auto start” in your settings.
