With Rider app installed in your phone, there is no need to wait for public transport, just call a Rayder and you will find easiest way to reach your destination with affordable price. Here is how Rayder works:

- Open the app and select your destination

- You can either type your destination or select location from map smoothly

- Clicking "Request Rayder" will show you all different type of fare and route to your destination

- When Rayder will find you a driver you will see driver's picture, rating, vehicle model, name, color and vehicle number which we believe will eliminate any confusion about the driver and his vehicle

- After completing a ride please pay the driver in cash, card will be added in later release

- Submit your rating and type any review about the trip after completing the trip.

Rayder is determined to control the quality of the service. Therefore no driver on Rayder is allowed to ride without a valid driving license, please ask the driver to show the license of you feel so, in this case driver is bound to show you the license.
