Real Estate Agents Toolkit

A simple toolkit of a date calculator that displays dates 30,60 or 90 days in advance, and a commission calculator for Australian Real Estate that determines commissions based on a sales value and can optionally split the commission into office and agent shares. Also calculates GST and automatically applies the formula for Queensland commissions. All other states are calculated by a percentage you specify.
