Changed description on multiple presets, however the presets themselves did not change

Removed full screen pop-up ads

Added 3 more Presets and modified many others

Added 3 nature and 3 synthesized background audio tracks - now 18 free high-definition options to choose from!

Users can now change background audio track while generator is running
