- Attaching images to tickets is now possible! You can use the camera or choose existing images as attachments when creating a ticket or adding comments
- Additional info like your OS version or available RAM can be automatically submitted & stored in the appropriate ticket fields so you don't have to. This helps route your ticket efficiently to the right team
