REMEMBERME

Dementia is an overall term for a set of symptoms that are caused by disorders affecting the brain. Symptoms may include memory loss and difficulties with thinking, forget name family and other. “REMEMBER ME” is android application to help person with dementia problem. With main feature “REMEMBER ME” dementia patient can be helped to remember name their family if close.

Beside that more feature is patient dementia can be helped to playing apps while remembering name all family, remember home if their lost from home, remember all activity most be done every day. And more important about this app is can be increase the level of confidence dementia patient.

The idea to create this Project coming from my live, I have grandmother in Ponorogo city, recently if I am visit to grandma’s house, she always ask about me ; who am I,where I school and many question are repeated. More question make me think, why my grandmother already forget me and my family.

Start from this moment, I need to idea, how my grandmother or dementia patient not forget their family. With experience in programming robotics and android, I make application for Android to remember my grandmother with me and family. I called my apps with name “REMEMBER ME”.
