RESA Ambulance is ambulance ride sharing app that provides safe, reliable and affordable ambulance dispatch. The app also offers free medical consultation to all subscribed members.

Getting an ambulance to pick you or your loved ones from any location (home, hospital, or work place) is just a tap away. This app has a direct connection with our 24/7-dispatch centre that has qualified health care provider and dispatcher to ensure you receive necessary medical and technical advice at times of need.

The app provides an option to subscribe as a member of RESA Ambulance system, for a specified time period you can receive emergency medical evacuation regardless of the time.

Requesting ambulance is very easy:- here is how it works

 Just open the RESA Ambulance app and tap on the destination that you want the ambulance to take you or your loved ones

 Tap on selection of near by ambulances to see ambulances that are near your location

 Select the ambulance near your location (note that ambulances range from ground transport to air ambulances)

 You will see the name and ownership of the ambulance that you have selected.

 Confirm selection

• If you are a pre-paid member, then you will need to make payments through mobile money system, bank, through credit card payment or though PayPal

• If you are a member through one of our subscriptions then the dispatcher will dispatch the ambulance towards your direction.

 After your ambulance transfer your can easily give us feedback to improve the services

Requesting Doctors consultation is very simple: here is how it works

 Just open the RESA Ambulance app

 Subscribe to one of our membership plans: you can subscribe for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

 Click on option to see available Doctors, and this will display doctors who are currently available online to serve you.

 Click call, and you will be connected, and explain to the Doctors your concerns

 You can make as many calls as you wish, we are here to serve you.

Accessing emergency services of nearby hospitals

 Just open the RESA Ambulance app

 Click on option to see nea-by hospitals, and this will display hospitals/health facilities near you.
