Ride ResQ is a smartphone based Rescue and Dispatch platform for the Automotive industry in Singapore. With this Ready-to-use technology, it aims to be a swift and simple way to request an on-site rescue for any discerning vehicle owner/driver and in the near future, will also include workshop operators in Singapore. It aims to optimize the time taken to search and be rescued in locating the driver’s position and favourite or nearest workshop available.

This app is uniquely made and positioned to capture these market opportunities as it can help the industry (both vehicle owners & workshop operators) to be more cost effective and functional than current available alternatives.

WHO IS RIDE RESCUE?

Ride Rescue Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered company with an aim to improve a long overdue 2G process of recovering vehicles and/or providing roadside assistance with a 4G solution of our own. We also hope to raise the current standards of on-site and post accident processes and would also like to help the relevant departments fight the long drawn battle of “accident touting”.

WHY Ride ResQ?

The mobile application currently sends out vehicle distress requests to a fleet of more than 40 recovery vehicles, with a potential of increasing this fleet to more than 400 in the near future and the nearest or most available one will attend to a particular request compared to the limited number of roadside assistance contacts one may have and issues of their availability.

With faster recovery service to customer matching, it will contribute directly to ease traffic conditions sooner.

Our app enables customers to request service, track progress, receive updates or quotations from participating workshops without having to worry about where or what is happening to their beloved vehicles.

FEES

No membership fees required. Only pay for what you requested or what was provided to the dispatched Service Partner. We currently do not accept online or credit card payments but will introduce it soon.
