  Update checks now recover automatically after returning to the app, including interrupted content downloads. Slow downloads show progress, and app and content check results are clearer. Check for updates is always available in App settings, alongside both version numbers. The News Hub app icon reflects both app and content status. Help and warranty pages open separately with a Close button that works offline.
