Sadak Car Rentals is a Takoradi based independent Car Rental Service Company with aspirations of providing support services in the areas of vehicle leasing and general transportation services to Hotels, Oil and Gas Companies/Contractors and Sub-Contractors, Energy Companies, Mining Companies among others. We are a team of professionals who understand the standard business practices and requirements of the Oil and Gas Industry including an appreciation of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety requirements.

LEGAL STATUS:

Founded in July, 2012, sdc is a wholly owned indigenous Ghanaian firm incorporated under the Ghana Companies ACT (Act, 179) as a limited liability company with registration number CS060602012. Aside this,Sadak Car Rentals is also duly registered with the Ghana Tourism Authority as a Service Company in accordance with the Tourism Act, 2011(Act 817) with Licence number CH-07/WR/17.

Also, sdc is registered and affiliated with the Enterprise Development Centre where it built its rudimentary knowledge base and acquainted itself with the oil and gas industry structure and functioning as well as supplier development initiatives including the specifications, requirements and standards of environment, health and safety as well as quality among others.

We possess the Petroleum Commission’s Permit.
