Score Fast Free: compose, notate & play music

Score Fast Free now has variable widths for notes and rests.
Repeats now includes "First time".
Automatic and manual vertical adjustment of any repeat bracket (e.g. "First time").
Auto-scroll while playing a score follows all repeats.
Scrolling scores is now faster.
Opening scores is now faster.
Progress is displayed while opening a score.
Closing a saved score adds its name to the recent scores list.
Other improvements and bug fixes (including for Android 8).
