Version 1.6.0
Added support for higher resolution displays so buttons display correctly. Added dark halo theme, so it matches the standard Android 4.2 experience better. Added background thread for fetching server defaults, no longer hangs after you try to input an invalid URL for gallery.

Fixed crashes. Added ability to upload a defaults file to the gallery site, so username, password and web service url is loaded from "server defaults" when you configure gallery connection.
