Ships - Receive AIS from air

- Layer at map screen containing a list of all ships
- Added data receiving indicators at map screen (left: dongle, right: peers)
- Added preference to disable sound on first time a ship name is received
- Share received ship locations with fellow users
- Let the user select scale factor for ships at map and a symbol for own location: antenna, house, yacht, sail boat or cargo
