A major update for notes and great UX improvements!

• Project notes now support links, display tables, images, and other elements.
• Updated spacing in task and project notes, added quotes and header placeholders.
• Some settings moved to Settings → Interface → Appearance.
• Tags and filters can now be pinned to the bottom bar: Settings → Interface → Bottom Panel.
• A few more tweaks to make the app better.
