! Fixed an error in determining the value of an SMD capacitor (correctly displays EIA and conventional encoding).

At the request of users, I added a definition:
- inductance rating for color stripes;
- several options for the value of the SMD resistor, when the character “R” is included in the encoding;
- the value of the SMD resistor according to the underlined coding.

Optimized the interface - moving the buttons to clear and delete the last character/color.
