* Added data caching for instant loads and offline access
* Better handling of server timeouts

* Notifications now show while in app also
* Notifications while in-app will now update the data automatically

* Removed delay when changing notification settings
* Mission date now shows day (name) of week
* Mission time now shows seconds if T-0 isn’t on the minute
