If your sugar value is less than 75 your sugar level is low.

If your sugar value is between 75 -141 your sugar level is normal.

If your Sugar Level is between 142-201 your sugar level is border line.

If your sugar level is greater then 201 your sugar level is high. it causes high risk to your health.

* can also check your Body measurement Index (BMI) According to the your height in centimeters and weight in Kilo grams.

* The formula is - BMI = (Weight in kilograms) divided by (Height in centimeters squared)*10000

A normal BMI score is one that falls between 18.5 and 24.9.

This indicates that a person is within the normal weight range for his or her height.

A BMI chart is used to categorize a person as underweight, normal, overweight, or obese.

* if your Bmi Below 18.5 you are Under Weight.

* if your bmi between 18.5 - 24.9 you are Normal Weight.

* if your bmi between 25.0 - 29.9 your are Over Weight.

* if your bmi greater than 30 your are obesity.
