The new firmware v1.1.2. for the Epsilon 12V150Ah has been released. The new firmware solves the Bluetooth problem where the Bluetooth function can get stuck and therefore, you can't use the Be in Charge app anymore. It is absolutely necessary to update the new firmware of the Epsilon 12V150Ah as soon as possible to fix this issue. If your Epsilons Bluetooth is jammed and therefore you can't use the Be in Charge app the firmware needs to be updated manually by the selling party.
