T99 is a multi-functional fitness training center ardently committed to transforming an individual by transforming him mentally and physically. This harmonious transformation process is achieved through an assortment of training techniques that vary from fitness genres such as weight training, calisthenics, cross-fit training, yoga as well as functional training. In order to assist our clients in attaining their desired physique while boosting their fitness level, we firmly believe in customizing every program based on their respective requirements. This aspect of our beliefs is evident in a method of training we offer, known as adaptive training technique. This allows our clients to train in their preferred area - be it home or even a park.
T99 is a flexible platform to achieving a perfectly functional mind and body.
Presently, we are functional as a full time gym in Banaswadi, Bangalore, and also cater as freelance trainers in other gyms, park, studio, home or any other outdoor space of your preference.
