Removed call-phone permission usage to accomplish with new Google rules (phone calls can't be started directly by the app when you select a phone number but the dialer is now opened and you only need to click the dial button) Removed send sms permission usage to accomplish with new Google rules (now when you try to send a sms from the app the default sms app is opened instead of send the sms directly) Updated Android SDK and AdMob SDK versions Internal improvements
