- Rather than relying on a tracking number, you can now add your own service request references for context – this makes it easier to recall what you’ve requested from us. We’ve also added location information to service requests, so you know which business premises any listed queries relate to.

- Under ‘Network performance’, assess how your service has been performing in the last hour, 24 hours, seven days or 30 days (60 and 90-day historical views are coming soon).
