  * Added support for folders.
  * Long pressing on a template now provides option to Copy To Clipboard, Delete Template, Change Folder and Edit.
  * Removed option to send sms directly in background. This is to comply with google's new policy stating that only the default sms app may send sms in background. This also means that the app no longer requires SMS permission.
