The Lock Circle

There is just one Lock you have to pop. Better is the person who will pop the lock, which is about 100 rounds away. Nobody knows this exactly. Can you open the lock?

There is a ideal hitpoint on a circle, and your instruments for opening safes, rotates around, you have to press the display in the right time. If you hit it often enough the safe will pop up.
