ThemeDIY - Create themes for Substratum and CMTE

Few enhancements to the app, as well as many changes to themes templates including latest CM changes. I've also added support for Temasek icons. I didn't include some requested apps such as the new google keyboard or G+ because of bugs, shouldn't take long to get them fixed.
