New features:
* In settings added option to switch between Local and GMT time so the user can see this time when checking the BIT self test window.
* Default device installation settings will now be the same as were used from the last installed sensor.
* Sensitive Android permissions removed.

Bug fixes:
* 2204: Fixed a bug that caused SOP data not to be seen when entering first time into application which makes the SOP creation and update not-workable.
