Please use "You Trips" section to get access to your personalised trip timeline:
1) Add a trip by searching by flight number, destination or scanning your boarding pass.
2) Access your timeline. Check info consistency, any missing content.

Tips: Gate number and bag carousel are provided few minutes before boarding, test some flights scheduled during the day to get access to these info.
