Tunnel Runner Redux

-Added partial gamepad support: Press the A button to show the map, shoulder buttons to strafe, X button to adjust.
Button Y to teleport.
-Added a door icon to the HUD, to make it simpler to know what kind of door you're facing without having to sidestep or step back to look at the arrows.
-Frameskip option is now capped at 4.
-Help screen updated to reflect some of these changes.
-Game now features the full title music!
-Updated runtime to latest version.
