U Hold The Key Self Storage, want to make self-storage easy and straight forward. With the UHTK App you will be able to book new self-storage units at our multiple sites in the North East of England and at our A1 roadside site at Grantham. If you are already an existing customer you can use the UHTK App to pay your bill securely, book an additional store or order packaging.

Booking a Container store with UHTK App

- If you are a new or even an existing customer using the UHTK App, we will help find you the closest UHTK site and the best sized container store for your needs.

- Using the App you will be able to see all our sites and be able to book and pay for the container store straight from the App. One of our colleagues will arrange with you after the payment has been processed and meet at the site you choose and show you everything that you will need to know about your container store and the site.

- This will include how to open the container store, storing in the store, how to get onto the site, security and using the App for future payments on your account.

Making a Payment

- For exising customers the UHTK App will allow the customer to pay their account easily.

- All you need to do is fill in our 'Pay Now' section with your customer reference number and your amount you need to pay and we will process the payment.
