-New Update Blue Adapter Version to handle case where a 2nd OBDII tester is accessing the ECU at the same time as the Blue Adapter (BLUE V1.21May 2 2016 10:08:28)
-More robust retrying of OBDII access if Gauge/Alarm access fails.
-Fixed Manufacturing/Custom Gauge case where an Expected Response of more than 8 bytes (16 characters) could fail to match
-Fixed corner case where Custom Gauge could previously cause App Exit if no cmd/resp data was entered
-Cleaned up Typos
