Underburn Trial - Content Aware Brightness

Show short instructions at startup
Allow double tapping the floating brightness slider to toggle Underburn on or off
Fix a crash while resuming the app
Add new icons for the brightness slider, which now spins while dragging
Only allow the brightness slider to move vertically while changing brightness
Do not automatically move the brightness slider to the other side of the screen when dragging too far
Change some default settings
The app should now detect colours better and flicker a lot less
