Uttarakhand Radio

Conceived in June 2008, Bedupako.Com provides Uttarakhandis and lovers of Uttarakhandi Music across the globe with a platform to enjoy and share songs of Garhwali/Kumaoni/Jaunsar origin. Uttarakhand Radio app is a step forward in same direction. This app can work as an aggregator where anyone can share their thoughts, ideas, knowledge and experiences via audio recording to the world. Audio clips can be shared via email at [email protected] or sent by whatsapp to +919971813453 which can then be put into sequence for live streaming.

Radio aims to bring the Uttarakhand current affairs, folk song, folk music, Uttarakhand culture, Science and technology, politics, environment, people's voice, and much more right on users mobile phone via light data streaming.

Radio also aim to be used as an educational platform to teach distinguishing languages such as Kumaoni and Garhwali. There would be free of cost tutorials available in English to Kumaoni, Hindi to Kumaoni, English to Garhwali, Hindi to Garhwali languages.

Radio works on an innovative principle where user's mostly taken to the beginning of show even if they login late in the program. This technology is being developed by the founders who come from not only Uttarakhand but also places like Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai, New York and Bulgaria, eastern Europe.
