Valv - encrypted gallery vault

- Complete remake of the app and UI
- New file naming scheme. Filenames now end in .valv
- New encrypted file structure
- Added a settings page, with options to:
--- Set the iteration count used for key generation. The iteration count defaults to 50000 (up from 20000)
--- Disable disk cache (=use memory cache only when viewing files)
- Improved thumbnail previews for nested folders
- Import images and videos at the same time
- Lots of other improvements
