Select background as per your need, you can select solid color or can select gradient from vast collections available within app itself.

Foreground:-

User can change color for vector from color dialog.

Preview:-

User can resize vector in preview screen as well as they can rotate or change the size and position as per their need. From preview screen itself user can save the wallpaper directly to their internal storage, share wallpaper directly to their loved once, set wallpaper from app.
