1. Fixed an issue where Wi-Fi might not connect automatically(Android 11).
2. Fixed an issue where the device would freeze when entering network settings after a long boot period(Android 11).
3.Fixed an issue where turning VM VPN on and off would cause VM Wi-Fi to disconnect and reconnect(Android 11).
