VMJ School Principal App

VMJ School, Madurai has pioneered the implementation of technology for purposes of communicating with parents and guardians of students faster, better, cheaper, continuously. For this purpose the VMJ School has implemented EduFrame Suite.

One of the vital components of EduFrame Suite is the Principal App, which helps the School Senior Management viz. School Secretary, School Correspondent, Sr Principals, Principals, Vice Principals and School Management Board Members, as appropriate to be informed about the happenings at the school in their finger-tips. The Principal App helps in ensuring the key approvals related to communications to parents are taken when required.

The App presents the School Senior Management with an interface to be aware of the request for approvals from the school administrative staff and take appropriate action, including achievements/reprimands, communication sent to parents individually, comments/suggestions received from parents/guardians, etc. The App also facilitates for the School Senior Management / Principal to initiate Chat conversations with staff members and communicate on topics related to the betterment of school or others which may be of critical nature at any given point of time.
