Bugfix release for the camera preview. Also threw in a new look for the magnifying glass, let me know if you like it!

New features:
- Added new head orientation tracker implementations, pick the one that works best for you in the settings!
- The screen can now be repositioned, allowing for lying down in bed etc.
- Added a local cursor, enable or disable in settings.
