1. Updated the "Rebel Camp Raid" feature to encourage Alliance Members to cooperate and grow together. For details, please see the System Notice titled "Rebel Camp Features Intro".
2. Updated the Timed Notification feature to help Alliance Members join Alliance Campaigns and Defense Zone Wars on time. For details, please see the System Notice titled "Alliance Timed Notification Feature Intro".
