New menu layout allowing more space for future features. More prominent search bar to make it easier for singers to find. More information in Kiosk mode to show Singers where they can get their own copy of the App (including a scannable QR code). When a Singer decides to use "Skip Login", a better warning is provided to them explaining the disadvantages. Added menu to Map screen to allow for future features specifically for Singers, that will not require them to be at an active venue.
