We all sometimes suffer from pessimism maybe from work, life or study, even from the weather, and the negative thoughts may sometimes be threats for our health, physical and spiritual. There are difficulties need to be overcome indeed, but what we need to overcome most is ourselves. We have to fight against our struggles and upsets through some ways, besides travelling this kind of relax which requires money and time, appropriate exercise like yoga can pull you out of the negative thoughts, and this would be much much better than shopping or eating. As you conducting Yoga workout, you will find self-awareness be enhanced and emotion will be well controlled with the help of meditation.
This gentle yoga poses and meditation training contains several parts: meditation, cobra, lotus pose, seated forward, shoulder stand, fish pose and basic twists.
