  a) MCM Dashboard - Total, Pending, Approved
  b) Idea List – Pending, Approved, Deferred, Resubmit - sorted on crowd rating
  c) MCM Approval – Approved, Defer, Resubmit
  2- Idea moderation workflow:
  Each submitted idea moderated by MCM member or assigned other associates with moderator role. Moderation process is for flitering out any illegal / unethical contents.
