- added 'reminder sounds' to endurance time exercises
- added current workout info to the exercise interface
- the interface to add exercises to routines can now be sorted on last done, tags, and A-Z
- added (empty) tools page
- time will continue running when going in and out of the app
- added cancel buttons to subpages that were missing cancel buttons
- improved various layouts throughout the app
