Added a loading message on the header of the screens as the user is getting authenticated to SharePoint

Fixed issue with the "My Links" not scrolling for items past the screen in "Edit Mode"
Fixed issue with users getting sent to Hub portal home page instead of "Approvals" page the first time a user selects the "Hub Approvals" link in the "Alerts" section
