Ajodhya Dinning Concepts offers the highest quality scratch made menus across multiple Award Winning concepts servicing Central Ohio. Family owned and operated since 2014 when we launched our food truck, Trucking Delicious. As we experienced some growth, we moved our mobile operations closer to our base in Knox County and became one of the most popular trucks in Columbus. In 2019, we launched our full service bakery, Half Baked Café, in Mount Vernon Ohio where we provide an extensive selection of pastries, breads, desserts, cupcakes, cookies, and custom cakes for all occasions. Opportunity came in 2020, and we launched Cindy’s Pierogis and Georgetown BBQ, our main restaurant brands specializing in scratch made Eastern European and Caribbean inspired menus.
