Allah Yaar Khan Yogi

Allah Yar Khan Jogi wrote during 19th and 20th century about Sikhism especially Guru Gobind Singh and martyrdom of Sahibzadas.

His two masterpieces are Shaheedan e Wafa dealing with martyrdom of younger Sahibzadas and Ganj e Shaheedan dealing with younger ones.

Poetry of Yaar Khan is filled with religiousity as well as heroic and sad tenor. It is considered masterpiece along with Waris Shah, Bulleh Shah , Shah Hussain, Hashim Shah etc .
